Your First Visit

Your first visit will begin with a consultation with our Chiropractor. She will listen while you describe any health concerns which have prompted you to connect with us and also find out about your health goals.

A thorough examination will be performed, which includes state of the art digital posture and range of motion testing. If required your Chiropractor can refer you externally for x rays or an MRI.

Once your Chiropractor has gathered all the information she needs you will be scheduled for your second visit. Prior to this appointment she will review everything you have discussed, process and assess the results of the digital testing and formulate her best possible recommendations for a personalised care plan that is going to help you achieve your health goals.

Your Second Visit

On the second visit you will return to the practice for your Report of Findings.

Your Chiropractor will go through all the results of the digital analysis and other testing performed at the first visit and explain why you would be a good candidate for Chiropractic care in order to reach your health goals and answer any questions you may have. You will be given your care plan and all financial information will be explained to you.

If you agree and would like to begin the recommended care plan you will receive your first adjustment on this visit.

Chiropractic Adjustment Visits

You will visit the practice at regular intervals as laid out in the care plan your Chiropractor recommended for you in order to have adjustments to address spinal misalignments.

A misalignment of the spine is a complex of functional and/or structural and/or pathological joint changes that compromise nervous system function which in turn may influence organ system function and general health.

By correcting these misalignments and restoring (and maintaining) normal function of your body, you can then begin the process of restoring a state of health by repairing any damage that produced your symptoms – as nature intended by allowing your body to heal itself as it was designed to do.

Progress Review Visits

Throughout your care it is important to reassess you in order to confirm you are objectively improving. You may be feeling great (even quite early on) but symptoms are simply our body’s way of communicating. The presence or absence of symptoms is not a marker for health and optimal function.

This is why at regular and agreed points in your care we will re-perform the digital testing and other pertinent tests to ensure you are progressing as expected. With this newly gathered information we can recommend the next stages of the care plan. This is just one of the many advantages of utilising our software as it allows us to track and demonstrate how your body is changing rather than just taking our word for it!
