We have been serving our community in Cardiff for over 10 years having built an excellent reputation locally.

If you have experienced Chiropractic or Physiotherpay before you may find that our approach is different – we don’t focus on numbing the symptoms of injury or disease but instead identify and correct the underlying problems that allowed them to develop.

Our approach to how we care for our members is unique, combining state of the art digital analysis with modern, evidence based, forward thinking Chiropractic and Physiotherapy care.

We cater for everyone as individuals, but with one common goal in mind – better health and wellbeing! Our practice members are very diverse from newborn babies to the young at heart and everybody in between!

Often we find new members will come to us having exhausted more traditional medical treatments and feel they have not been listened to or found the help they need, ‘I wish I’d found you sooner’ is a phrase we hear all too often in our clinic!
